inspired by the process of metamorphosis— a process which repeats itself many times over the course of our lives, this collection brings a contemplative space in which to reflect and find connection in the quiet beauty of nature. Each butterfly or moth wing is abstracted into shape which reflects a different emotional state, and is anchored to unique found wood pieces which allow us support through various times of transformation. The Metamorphosis Series celebrates the life force present in each of us as we are challenged to be our best selves in our lives.
